Facebook is prepping papers to file an initial public offering as soon as next Wednesday, reports The Wall Street Journal.
Citing “people familiar with the matter,” the report says the social network’s IPO could raise as much as $10 billion with a valuation between $75-$100 billion.
A Facebook spokesperson declined comment, says the Journal.
Rumors of the Facebook IPO picked up steam this week following a report from Bloomberg that shareholders would face a suspension of trades on the secondary market this week.
